In-call monitoring , they expect professional, prompt problem-solving, courtesy and kindness.



The phone call must be pleasant, as well as decisive. One way to guarantee the customer a satisfactory experience is to use technology to monitor the progress of the call in real time and offer support to the operator if necessary. There are platforms that analyze the conversation between the customer and the operator and immediately transcribe it onto a shared screen so that a supervisor can verify the quality of the assistance and intervene if necessary.
